2. How much space do I need?
Our models start at 16' x 10' and are designed with enough width and ceiling height—even for tall golfers. We’ll help you choose the right size based on your property and how you plan to use it; Whether it’s solo practice or entertaining a group.

3. Can I customize my Sim Shack?
Yes! We offer three models, each with customizable options, like exterior cladding, interior walls, padding colour, flooring, climate control, and your preferred golf simulator system. Every build is tailored to your needs and style.

4. Do you handle permits and approvals?
Absolutely. We take care of zoning, permits, and any municipal approvals needed—making it as seamless as possible for you.

5. What’s included in a standard build?
Each Sim Shack includes a premium structure, insulation, electrical, lighting, interior and exterior finishes, and golf simulator impact screen. Golf tech packages and heating/cooling are customizable additions.

6. Can I use it for more than golf?
Yes. Many clients use their Sim Shack for movies, gaming, home gyms, or as a backyard retreat when not swinging clubs.

7. Is it usable in the winter?
Yes. Our sheds are fully insulated and built to withstand Canadian winters—so you can golf no matter the season.

8. What launch monitors are compatible?
We work with top-tier systems like Foresight, TrackMan, and Golfin IDRA II. We’ll help you choose one that fits your space and needs.

9. Can I use the launch monitor I already have?
Yes! We can retrofit your Sim Shack to work with most popular launch monitors. Just let us know the model you own, and we’ll confirm compatibility and integration options.

10. Where do you build?

11. Which models can be used for both left and right handed hitters?
Every Sim Shacks model, including the compact Par 3, is built to support both left and right handed players.
